Terms & Refund Policy

By placing an order with The Luxury Zone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Order Policy

Our PVC Table Covers are cut from a large roll specifically according to the length and width you provide. Since these are "Custom Cut" products:

⚠️ IMPORTANT: We cannot offer a refund or return if you provide incorrect measurements. Please double-check your table size before ordering.

2. Return Policy (On Delivery)

We strictly follow a "Check and Receive" policy. You are encouraged to check the product in front of the delivery man. You can return the product instantly if:

The product has any physical damage (torn, deep scratches).
The size does not match the size you ordered (e.g., you ordered 48" but got 40").
The thickness is incorrect.

If you find any of these issues, simply return it to the delivery man. You do not have to pay anything.

3. Refund Policy

Cash on Delivery: If you return the product at the time of delivery due to a valid defect, you pay nothing. No refund is needed as no payment was made.

Advance Payment: If you paid via bKash/Nagad and returned the product due to a valid defect, we will refund your full amount within 7 working days.

4. After Delivery

Once the delivery man leaves and you have accepted the product, we cannot accept returns for scratches, size mismatch, or change of mind, as the product cannot be resold to another customer due to custom sizing.

5. Shipping Charges

If you wish to return a non-defective product (change of mind) at the time of delivery, you must pay the delivery charge (Inside Dhaka: 60 Tk, Outside Dhaka: 120 Tk) to the courier service.
